Open to Everyone! The BDL Basketball League is designed for teams and players who are ready for a higher level of competition and accountability. This division brings together committed athletes looking to challenge themselves in a structured, fast-paced environment where performance, teamwork, and discipline matter.
Teams compete in a 10-week season that emphasizes execution, basketball IQ, and consistency, leading into playoffs and championship finals. With organized officiating, clear rules, and a strong competitive standard, players are pushed to elevate their game while learning how to compete the right way.
In addition to league standings, the Competitive League offers recognition and rewards, including prizes for the top three finishing teams and a league MVP award. Beyond the competition, BDL remains committed to developing leadership, sportsmanship, and character, ensuring players grow not only as athletes, but as confident and responsible young leaders on and off the court.
House League
The BDL House League is designed for players of all skill levels who are looking to learn, improve, and enjoy the game in a supportive and structured environment. This division focuses on fundamentals, confidence building, teamwork, and game understanding, making it ideal for players who want to develop at their own pace while still experiencing real competition.
Players can register as individuals or as part of a team and will participate in a 10-week season that combines organized games with on- and off-court development programming. Emphasis is placed on skill progression, sportsmanship, and positive habits, helping players grow both as athletes and as individuals.
The House League also features a player and team ranking system that encourages effort, consistency, and improvement — not just scoring. At BDL, the House League is where players build a strong foundation, develop confidence, and fall in love with the game, while learning values that carry beyond the court.
Girls League
Girls Development League (Ages 13–15)
The BDL Girls Development League for ages 13–15 is designed to provide young female athletes with a supportive, competitive, and structured environment where they can grow both as basketball players and as confident young leaders. This division focuses on skill development, game understanding, and self-belief during a critical stage of athletic and personal growth.
Players will participate in a 10-week season that combines organized league play with development-focused programming. Emphasis is placed on fundamentals, decision-making, teamwork, and confidence on the court, while also encouraging leadership, communication, and accountability off the court. Our goal is to create an environment where girls feel empowered to compete, learn, and express themselves through the game.
BDL is committed to building positive experiences for female athletes by surrounding them with experienced coaches, mentors, and role models who understand the importance of development, encouragement, and structure. Through intentional coaching and strong league standards, players are challenged to improve while being supported every step of the way.
Beyond basketball, the Girls Development League emphasizes character, discipline, and personal growth. With access to developmental resources and community partners, athletes are guided to build habits that carry beyond the court and into everyday life.
